We provide an AI-based receptionist service for businesses like yours. Since you aren’t able to be in two places at once, we are here to handle your phone calls. We’ll pick up calls by the second ring, then we’ll answer questions, schedule appointments, capture lead details, and take messages for you.
Where is SquawkVoice based?
SquawkVoice was born in California. We have a team of people that grew up in technology and telecom. We know calling, we know business, and we want to get to know you.
Are you always on?
Yes, we are open and available to answer calls on your behalf 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We know it’s important for your business to be there for customers whenever they call. That is why we are always on.
How will I know how many minutes I am using?
Your usage can be found in the application, just click on “Account” and you can see the usage information, calls received, appointments made, and trends by week or by month.
How do I forward my business phone?
We will give you a code to dial during setup and call forwarding is enabled. It’s that easy. You can turn your assistant on or off any time by clicking on Virtual Assistant in your Account Settings.
What questions can you answer?
We can share whatever you want. During setup of the application, we’ll gather basic information about your business, but if there is specific information you want us to have so we can share it, we’ll collect that as well.
Can you provide caller information to me?
Yes, we can. We will collect the name and phone number for every call we receive. If there is other information you want us to collect, we can do that too.
